MENTORSHIP EXCLUSIONS:

The foundation will not consider applications from:

Organisations operating nor individuals residing outside the United Kingdom.
Organisations applying on behalf of another – the foundation requires applicants to be legally independent.
Those seeking to fund political or religious activities.
Those seeking to fund activities or projects already complete at time of application.

By submitting this application you are confirming authorisation to make this submission. You understand and agree to the following conditions should any offer of mentorship be made. (Please note that if you leave the organisation or can no longer fulfil your responsibilities, or someone takes over responsibility for the grant on behalf of the organisation you must inform The Different Foundation immediately).

We certify that the information contained in this application is correct.
If the information in the application changes in any way, we will inform The Different Foundation immediately.
If successful we will not use mentorship for any other purpose other than that specified on the award letter without first contacting The Different Foundation to seek authorisation.
We will send a report to The Different Foundation, outlining progress made following mentorship, within six months of receiving the mentoring.
We will highlight the support given by The Different Foundation in all relevant publicity material which we will share with The Different Foundation.
We agree for The Different Foundation to use details about any award received by us for promotion purposes
